Sarah Pfaff has over 30 years’ experience working with clients across all industries on their Supply Chain, Operations and Procurement issues. She is a frequent speaker, noted for her passion and insight on the transformation of the Supply Chain function, as well as the use of technology to enable that transformation. She has been recognized twice as an iSource “Pro to Know”.
While at EY, Pfaff built the Supply Chain and Operations Practice into one of the top Supply Chain Consultancies. Prior to EY, she was the founder of eBreviate, an EDS company, where technology was used to automate the procurement process.
Pfaff has been a long-time leader in Diversity & Inclusion. She served on EY’s Americas Inclusiveness Advisory Council which supports and advises all EY Service Lines to grow EY’s representation of women and ethnic minorities in senior roles. She was also a founding member of AWESOME, an industry association created to advance women’s supply chain leadership.
Pfaff holds an MBA in Operations Management from UCLA and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Marketing and Economics from Washington State University.
