Pfaff’s background spans supply chain, operations, technology and marketing. Before EY, she founded two successful businesses - eBreviate (now A.T. Kearney Procurement Solutions) and a boutique consulting firm. She also spear-headed many of EY's diversity and inclusion initiatives. Pfaff holds two BAs in Economics and Marketing from Washington State University and an MBA in Operations Management from UCLA.
