Antuit Launches Customer Experience Practice

Singapore and New York, March 19, 2015  Antuit, a global Big Data solutions company, today announced the launch of its Customer Experience Practice, created to help companies leverage data analytics to improve both customer experience and employee relations and to predict and manage retention and attrition. Prior to joining Antuit, he co-authored The Best Service is No Service: How to Liberate Your Customers From Customer Service, Keep Them Happy, and Control Costs after serving as Amazon’s first Worldwide Vice President of Customer Service. During his tenure, the company achieved the highest-ever score on the American Customer Satisfaction Index for service companies.
