Singapore and New York, September 30, 2015 – Antuit, a global Big Data solutions company, today announced that Kumar Mahadeva, founder and former Chairman and CEO of Cognizant Technology Solutions, has joined the company’s Board of Directors. Mahadeva, who grew Cognizant into one of the world’s most successful technology services companies, brings strategic guidance and vision to Antuit as the company continues to grow its data analytics solutions business.

Mahadeva was the driving force behind the ascent of Cognizant which is now a Fortune 500 company with a $40 billion market capitalization. He has since founded Kubera Partners, a publicly traded equity fund investing in global companies seeking expansion into Western and Asian markets. Prior to establishing Cognizant, Mahadeva served as Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet India and China, where he led business development in the region. He has also held strategic senior positions at AT&T, McKinsey and Company and the British Broadcasting Corporation in London.

Mahadeva has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with first class honors from Cambridge University in England and holds an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School. He has worked in Europe, Asia and the US and currently resides in Greenwich, CT.
